We offer a full range of yacht management and maintenance services, all mobile, all across the Keys. Whether you need a one-time systems check before a trip or someone to handle everything on an ongoing basis, we put together a plan that fits your vessel and schedule.
Most of our clients come to us because they want consistency. Somebody who actually shows up, knows their boat, and reports back honestly. That’s what we do.
Every service includes:

Routine Yacht Maintenance
Scheduled visits to inspect, service, and document your vessel’s condition. We cover the fundamentals on every visit so nothing quietly gets out of hand: engine checks, fluid levels, zincs, through-hulls, bilge pumps, and general condition reporting.
Washing & Detailing
Salt and UV will wear down a boat quickly in South Florida. We do thorough washes, hull scrubbing, brightwork polishing, teak care, and interior detailing. Regular cleaning also lets us catch things that would otherwise go unnoticed: blistering, staining, or surface damage.
Systems Checks
We test and document all your major onboard systems: electronics, navigation lights, batteries, bilge pumps, seacocks, and safety equipment. Finding a failing component at the dock is a far better situation than finding out about it when you’re offshore or in bad weather.
Full Vessel Management
Complete oversight of your yacht. We handle the maintenance schedule, coordinate repairs with trusted local vendors, track all service history, and keep your vessel ready to go whenever you are. This is the right fit for owners who aren’t in the Keys full time and want someone genuinely responsible for the boat.
Storm Preparation & Concierge
Pre-storm securing, post-storm inspection, and full insurance documentation with photos. We also offer an on-call concierge option with pre-departure readiness checks so you arrive to a boat that’s clean, fueled (if coordinated), and ready to cast off. No surprises.

Things People Usually Ask
Do you really come to my boat, wherever it is?
Yes, we’re fully mobile. We travel to your vessel wherever it’s docked across the Keys, from Key Largo to Key West. You don’t need to move your boat or schedule marina time. We come to you.
What happens after each visit?
After every visit we send you a written report covering what was done, what we found, and any recommendations. We include photos of anything that needs attention. Nothing is vague. You’ll always know exactly what’s going on with your boat.
I’m not in the Keys full time. Is that okay?
That’s exactly who our full management service was built for. We have clients based in Miami, the northeast, and across the country who rarely make it down. We handle everything, keep you in the loop, and make sure your boat is in perfect shape whenever you do arrive.
Can you coordinate repairs with other vendors?
Yes. We work with a network of trusted local vendors across the Keys: mechanics, electricians, canvas and upholstery, fiberglass, and more. If something comes up that falls outside our scope, we coordinate it, oversee the work, and keep you informed throughout.
