Salt and UV will beat up a boat fast down here. Thorough washes, hull scrubbing, brightwork, teak care, and interior detailing. Whatever it takes.
Electronics, bilge pumps, navigation lights, batteries, seacocks — tested and documented. Catching a failing component at the dock is far better than offshore.
Maintenance scheduling, coordinating repairs, vendor liaising, detailed service logs. Ideal if you’re not in the Keys full time.
