Islamorada, Florida Keys
Full Vessel Management
Everything handled. Maintenance, vendors, documentation, and readiness — all coordinated so your boat is exactly how you want it when you arrive.
For Owners Who Are Away
Your Vessel, Looked After Like It's Our Own
If you’re not in the Keys full time, your boat can’t look after itself. Salt and UV don’t take breaks. Systems degrade. Vendors need coordinating. Documentation falls behind. Full vessel management means you have a local team on top of every detail — proactively, on a schedule, with clear communication. We handle the maintenance calendar, coordinate any necessary repairs with trusted vendors, keep a complete service log, and make sure your boat is ready to go every time you show up. You call us when you’re heading down. We take care of everything in between.
What We Do
How We Do It
Maintenance Scheduling & Execution
We build a complete maintenance calendar for your vessel and execute it. Regular washes, engine checks, fluid changes, zinc replacements, systems tests — all scheduled, all documented, all done without you having to track it. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Vendor Coordination
When your vessel needs a specialist — a diesel mechanic, rigger, canvas shop, canvas maker, or haul-out yard — we coordinate it. We have established relationships with trusted vendors across the Keys. We manage the appointment, supervise the work, and confirm the quality before signing off.
Complete Service Log
Every visit, every service, every vendor interaction is documented in your vessel’s log. Engine hours, fluid levels, component condition, photos when useful. You have a complete maintenance history that also makes a difference at resale time.
Pre-Departure Readiness Checks
Heading down to the Keys? Let us know and we’ll run a full pre-departure check before you arrive. Systems tested, fuel confirmed, provisions loaded if needed, everything in order. You step aboard and you’re ready to go — not troubleshooting at the dock.
Regular Owner Reports
We send you regular updates on your vessel’s condition — not just when something goes wrong. Photos, service summaries, and anything we’re watching. You stay informed and connected to your boat even when you’re not here.
Why It Matters
True Management, Not Just Maintenance
1
One Point of Contact
You deal with us. We deal with everyone else. Vendors, yards, service techs — we coordinate all of it so you don't have to manage a web of relationships from a distance.
2
Local Knowledge That Matters
We know the Keys. We know what the conditions demand, which vendors are reliable, and what to watch for on boats that live in this environment. That local context is the difference between generic management and real care.
3
Proactive, Not Reactive
We don't wait for something to break. We schedule ahead, inspect consistently, and flag issues early. Preventive maintenance here costs a fraction of what reactive repairs cost.
4
Available 7 Days a Week
Boats don't only need attention Monday through Friday. We operate seven days a week — for routine work and for situations that don't wait for business hours.
Let's Talk About Your Vessel
Tell us where your boat is, how often you’re in the Keys, and what you need. We’ll put together a management plan that fits your situation.
