Project Work
A look at the vessels we look after, the problems we solve, and what consistent professional care actually looks like on the water.
Featured Project

This vessel came to us after sitting largely unattended for several months. The owner is based in Miami and needed a team he could trust to get things right and keep them that way. We started with a full systems audit, handled some deferred engine maintenance, did a complete exterior and interior detail, and set up a regular visit schedule. The boat has been under our ongoing management since January 2025.
It’s a good example of what we do most often: take something that’s slipped a bit and bring it back up to where it should be, then maintain it there consistently.

Every boat is different and every job has its own story. Here is a sample of the kind of work we do across the Florida Keys.
Biweekly visit on a 38ft center console. Caught low coolant and a cracked impeller before either became a real problem. Owner was in New York at the time and appreciated the same-day update with photos.
Heavy salt and oxidation buildup after a summer of hard use. Two-day detail job covering hull compounding, brightwork restoration, cockpit scrub-down, and a full interior wipeout. Turned out great.
Full systems audit before the owner’s first trip of the season. Found a failing bilge pump and a nav light out. Both fixed before departure. The kind of thing you want to know about at the dock, not offshore.
Absentee owner based in Chicago. We handle everything: scheduled maintenance, vendor coordination for a recent transmission job, pre-departure checks before each visit, and monthly written summaries. Running smoothly for two years.
Called in ahead of a tropical storm warning. Secured lines, removed canvas and electronics, documented the vessel’s pre-storm condition with photos for the insurance file. Post-storm inspection and report followed within 24 hours.
Owner flies in Friday afternoons and wants the boat ready to go. We visit the morning of, check systems, top off freshwater, clean the cockpit, and confirm everything is in order. Simple service, makes a big difference in the experience.
How It Works
Every client relationship starts the same way. We keep it simple and make sure you know exactly what to expect before anything starts.
Give us a call or send a message. Tell us about your vessel and what you’re looking for. Most initial conversations take about ten minutes.
We do an initial visit to see the vessel in person, assess its current condition, and talk through what makes sense for your situation.
We’ll recommend a service cadence and scope that fits your vessel and how you use it. No pressure, no packages you don’t need.
Regular visits, clear reporting after each one, and a direct line to us whenever you need it. That’s what ongoing looks like with us.
I’m based in Miami and my boat lives in the Keys. Having a reliable local team I can trust without being there is worth every penny. Communication is excellent.
