Marathon & Key West Services
Built around what salt, sun, and constant use do to a yacht in the Keys. We clean it, then we protect it.
Our most-booked recurring service. Hand washing and a protective wax or sealant on a schedule that keeps salt film from ever getting a foothold.
Heavy compounding for chalky, sun-baked gelcoat. We bring faded hulls back to a true, deep color, not just a temporary shine.
A coating that sheds salt and UV, cuts down on wash frequency, and keeps the shine consistent between visits.
Targeted above-waterline cleaning for visible buildup, staining and accessible topside hull surfaces. Diving, below-waterline cleaning, and running-gear cleaning are not included.
Metal polishing, teak brightening and oiling, plus full interior detailing for cushions, helm, and cabin.

Not on a weekly basis. Our standard routes cover Key Largo and Islamorada. For Marathon or Key West, we schedule trips by request, usually for larger restoration or ceramic coating jobs.
Given the open-water exposure down here, we recommend a wash and wax every 2–3 weeks and a Full Detail monthly in-season.
No. Most clients aren’t present. Once we have dock access and a gate code or slip number, we handle the rest and send photos when it’s done.
Coating longevity depends on the product selected, preparation, exposure, and routine maintenance. We’ll recommend a practical care plan based on your vessel and how it is used.
Yes. We carry full liability coverage and are happy to provide proof of insurance to your marina or dockmaster if required.

Lower Keys availability
IYMS's standard routes are in the Upper Keys. Select projects south of Islamorada are considered based on job scope, dock or marina access, and route availability; this is not a weekly Marathon or Key West route.
When you reach out, include your vessel length, current condition, location, and the work you need. Larger restoration, protection, and detailing projects are the best fit for by-request scheduling. Request availability or compare current detailing services.
Hull and waterline service is limited to accessible above-waterline surfaces. IYMS does not provide diving, below-waterline cleaning, or running-gear cleaning.
